The maximal diameter can be 15000mm and the volume is 2500m3. The characteristics are as below:
1. Light weight: The density of FRP is 1.5~1.9g/cm3, is one quarter of steel, but with higher strength.
2. Corrosion resistant: We can select different kinds of resin against variety media, such as Acid, Alkaline, Slat, Oil and Solvent. They can be used in every aspects for corrosion resistance, and can be replaced the Stainless Steel, nonferrous metal and other kinds of materials.
3. The inner surface is smooth: The roughness coefficient is 0.0084, has good sanitary property. It is easier to clean, can resist the corrosion of animalcule. If the foodstuff grade resin used in the inner liner, the product can meet the requirement of sanitation without toxicity and without taste.
4. Good property against the low temperature: It can be used in the condition of negative 80Celsius Degree. It is suitable for cool area.
5. The thermal expansion factor is 2x10-5/Celsius Degree, the thermal conductivity is 0.2 kcal. M/m2. H. Celsius Degree, has good thermal insulation property.
6. The formation is easy, maintenance is convenient and it is suitable for the comprehensive equipments. The maximal vessel can be established at the job site.
7. Can be matched with the accessories, such as the level indicator, handrail, ladder, platform and others.
